Shipping policy

Orders once received will be processed within 3 business days. Potential service interruptions or delays in shipping due to external issues are outside of our control will be delt with in a timely manner.

Local shipping is by Australia Post satchel with tracking, up to .750g and incur fees dictated by Aust Post market rate. We allow $12 per satchel for this service.

Orders exceeding .750g and up to 5kg will be charged based on weight and package dimensions, we allow $20 for this service and include tracking also.

Orders exceeding 5kg and up to 20kg will be contracted to a courier service for local and interstate delivery. We allow $45 for this service with tracking included.
