Shipping policy

Orders once received will be processed within 3 business days. Potential service interruptions or delays in shipping due to external issues are outside of our control will be delt with in a timely manner.

Local shipping is by Australia Post, boxed with tracking, up to .750g for a single item. We allow $15 per box (item) for this service.

Orders exceeding .750g and up to 5kg will be charged based on weight and package size, we allow $25 for this service and include tracking also.

Orders exceeding 5kg and up to 20kg will either be sent via courier service for local and interstate delivery or Aust post where possible. We allow $45 for this service with tracking included.
